Fine Trove is a Victoria, BC–based house of rare specialty foods. We are built on a single conviction: that the world's most extraordinary ingredients deserve to be treated with the same reverence as fine wine or aged spirits — sourced with precision, presented with restraint, and offered only in limited release.
We do not manufacture rarity. We identify it, preserve it, and present it to those who understand the difference between something exceptional and something merely expensive.
Mokha Rare — From Diamonds to Rare
The name Mokha carries centuries of weight. The ancient port of Al-Makha was the world's first coffee trade hub — the point of origin for a global ritual that has never fully been traced back to its source. Our journey began under the name Mokha Diamonds, a vision rooted in that history.
Over time, the expression evolved. The diamonds became rarer. Mokha Rare is not a rebrand — it is a refinement of intent. We source micro-lots from farmers in the Yemen highlands who have cultivated these same volcanic terraces for over five centuries. The yields are finite. The flavor profiles are unrepeatable.
Each release is a numbered lot. Once a harvest is gone, it is gone. There is no second pressing, no blended substitute. Mokha Rare exists at the intersection of origin, stewardship, and absolute scarcity — a finite expression of a vanishing terroir, for those who understand its weight.
